This is a second floor unit that features a private balcony with picnic table, kitchen with dish washer, microwave etc., large living room/dining area.

• Two bedroom vacation condo for up to 5 people. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other open area walk thru bedroom has a double and twin.
• Bath features a full size tub/shower.
• Maximum 5 People.
• Rate listed is for up to 4 people. Additional person is $70 for the week.
• Washer/Dryer.
• We do not have in room phones since most people have a cell phone. In the event that you need to use a phone or to receive messages you can use our phone at the office. We offer WIFI in all our units. Please come to the office for the access codes.

This unit is perfect for the family or for 2 couples who are looking for more space. Bedrooms and living room/kitchen area are very large so you can relax and not be on top of each other. The convience of having a dishwasher and a washer and dryer is a great plus. This unit is just fabulous for your Cape Cod vacation!
