Refund Policy

The $300 Reservation deposit will be refunded if we have received a notice of cancellation 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date minus a $50 per week refund fee. If less than 30 days your refund will not be returned but can be applied to another future stay.

Early departures cannot be refunded.

Towels are provided. Guests bring their used towels to the laundry to exchange for fresh towels as needed between 9am and 11am. Beach towels are not provided so you should bring your own.

Your bicycles will be stored in a bicycle rack for your convenience.

We accept cash, personal checks if received three weeks prior to reservation, traveler's checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard.

The condo is for your registered party only; No visiting guests.

Relax in our picnic table & sitting area. This area is open for all guests. Our picnic table area provides you with a community grill. Our large yard with clothesline is perfect for outdoor games. We also have plenty of room for storage of your boat. Please call to confirm a space.

We are located on the shuttle bus route to Provincetown!

We do not have in room phones since most people have a cell phone. In the event that you need to use a phone or to receive messages you can use our phone at the office. We offer WIFI in all our units. Please come to the office for the access codes.

All our units are Non Smoking units. Smoking is permitted outside of unit and on patios.

We're sorry but pets are not allowed. As much as we love animals, due to peoples allergies it is not possible for us to accept them. (Our lab Molly is unhappy about this rule too!:))

If you are looking for a party type atmosphere the Big Fisherman is NOT for you. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay the Big Fisherman IS for you. For the enjoyment of all guests please keep late night/early morning noise to a minimum. We live on the premises to ensure there is no late night & early morning noise.

We have taken the utmost care in providing you with a clean and comfy unit. We expect that the unit will be left in the same condition as you arrived, clean & tidy. If the unit is not left clean & tidy a $50 per hour cleaning fee will be charged.

Check out time is on or before 10:00 a.m. Check in time is on or after 3:00 p.m. Please phone if you will arrive after 7:00 p.m. Office hours are 9:00 a.m.- 9 p.m, seven (7) days a week.
